Wow… we’re halfway through summer already!
We’re renting a house in Kansas City.
We still want to move back to Atlanta, so this is a temporary move for us.
I’m working four days a week now so I can spend more time on the Dirty Laundry business. This house will save us some money as we concentrate what we need to do for our next step.
We’re looking forward to the new Duval residence. A house will be different for us!

Valentine’s Day is also our proposal anniversary!
We always keep it low key. So we spent the day doing what we love the most… EAT! We went to brunch at the new Succotash and dinner at Houston’s.

We got up at 6am to the Vegas sunrise and went the the Flamingo hotel breakfast buffett.
Then we got some sun by the pool to get our wedding glow.
The Grove’s wedding grounds were breathtaking and the weather was a sunny 100 degrees. It wasn’t too hot though, Vegas heat is comfortable. And the ceremony was just enough for us to say our I do’s and reflect on our new lives together.
We had our wedding dinner with our family at the Venetian hotel at the Grand Lux Cafe. The food was some of the best we’ve ever eaten. The amazing thing was an anonymous man gave us $100 towards our meal!
It was a memorable day and honeymoon.
